UK Dredging is a wholly owned division of Associated British Ports, part of Associated British Ports Holdings PLC.  All contracts entered into by UKD will be as Associated British Ports trading as 'UK Dredging'.

UKD's accounts are incorporated within the group accounts. The latest set of accounts can be found on the ABP website at www.abports.co.uk/investor/

Copies of last year's reports and accounts can be supplied on request.

Insurance

UKD's insurance is arranged within the Group's combined insurance package. This includes Marine Hull for all inland and territorial waters of European countries subject to Institute Warranties 1st July 1976.
